Welcome to our humble abode, the home for our Kindred in cyberspace, our new place on the web. We're new at this, be patient as we figure this out and we will probably frequently change things.
We are located in the Central Valley of California in Fresno and Madera counties. The Kindred was founded in 1992 by Hunter Askrdottir and has gone through several changes over the years but one thing has remained: it is a group that has a feeling of family.
Several members of Valley Oak are members of the Troth, the California Utlander Alliance, and was a long time member of the American Vinland Association. As such, we are an open kindred and do not discriminate against anyone professing to be Tru. The only thing not tolerated will be discrimination. We believe in the Gods and Goddesses, the Nine Noble Virtues, our Family/Kindred, and our Brother and Sister Heathens in Asatru.
Keep checking back: these pages will be changing constantly and our members are quite proud of their crafts they have been doing and love to show off. They also love to hear from people interested in their work.
